Cancellation Policy

All Parikshala plans are one-time purchases for a fixed duration (3 months, 6 months, or 1 year). We do not auto-renew or auto-debit — your plan simply expires at the end of its term, and you choose whether to buy again.

You can cancel anytime from Dashboard → Subscription → Cancel, or by e-mailing support@parikshala.in. Cancellation takes effect immediately for billing purposes; there is nothing further to pay because plans are prepaid.

• Within 7 days of first purchase: cancellation qualifies for a full refund under our Return & Refund Policy. Access ends once the refund is initiated.
• After 7 days: you keep Pro access until the end of your prepaid period; no partial refunds for the unused duration.

Cancellation is effective immediately on confirmation. Where a refund applies, it follows the refund timeline of 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
