Return & Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your first paid subscription, you can request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date — no questions asked. Write to support@parikshala.in from your registered contact with your payment reference.

The money-back guarantee applies once per user, on the first purchase only. Renewals and repeat purchases are covered by the failed/duplicate-payment rules below.

If money was deducted but your subscription was not activated, or you were charged more than once for the same order, the excess amount is refunded in full automatically once verified. No request is usually needed, but if an erroneous charge is not reversed within 7 business days, contact us with the transaction reference.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and are credited to the original payment method (UPI / card / net banking used at purchase). Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect in your statement.

• Refund requests after the 7-day window on the first purchase.
• RewardCoins, promotional discounts, or referral credits (these have no cash value).
• Accounts terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.
