Parikshala is a 100% digital service. We do not sell or ship any physical products, so no shipping charges, courier partners, or delivery addresses apply.

Your subscription is activated instantly and automatically on successful payment — typically within a few seconds, and in all cases within 24 hours. Access is available immediately by logging in to your account on parikshala.in.

If your plan is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, contact support@parikshala.in with your payment reference and we will resolve it on priority (see our Refund Policy for failed-payment handling).

As a digital service with instant online activation, Cash on Delivery is not applicable. All payments are collected online through our secure payment gateway (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets).
