Delete Your Account

In the Android app (fastest) — open Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

If you cannot open the app — email support@parikshala.in from your registered email address, or include your registered mobile number in the message so we can identify the account. We complete these requests within 7 days.

• Your name, mobile number, email address and profile details
• Your exam preferences and study plan
• Your quiz history, answers, scores and analytics
• Push notification and device registrations
• Your referral code

Signing out happens everywhere at once: every session on every device ends, and your account is removed from all leaderboards immediately.

We retain payment and invoice records because accounting and tax law requires it. These records are detached from your personal identity and are not used to contact you or to rebuild your profile.

The same mobile number can be used to sign up again later. It returns as a new, empty account — no previous progress, subscription or history is restored, and a deleted account cannot be recovered.

If you have an active subscription, deleting your account ends your access to it. Refunds, where they apply, follow our Return & Refund Policy.
